How do I sign up for classes?

I offer various options to sign up including Venmo, Zelle & PayPal. All classes are by donation. Your donation saves your space and puts you on the roster for that day.

Once your donation has been sent, there are no refunds unless a cancellation is due to weather. Class donations are not transferable to another date.

Do I need experience to participate?

NO! If you are a novice and this is your first class, YOU WILL FIT IN! If you are an experienced yogi with a regular practice, YOU WILL FIT IN! The beauty of the practice I teach is that it can be adapted with variations explained throughout class, and always begins at a beginner level. Please join us!
