Ways to Help

 Step into one of my favorite moments in this breathtaking place we call home. I invite you to a sunset yoga practice during golden hour, beneath the dreamy cotton candy skies of Garden City, SC. This is your time to unwind from the day’s demands and ease into a night of deep, restful sleep as we let go, release, and rejuvenate together.

This welcoming, adaptive practice is open to all—come as you are, ready to relax. If you'd like, bring a blanket for shavasana and a beverage to enjoy after class. However you arrive, however you feel, you belong here. See you on the sand!

Join us for an adaptive, inclusive, Oceanfront, gentle, somatic yoga practice.  All levels are welcome. Beginners encouraged. Classes are by donation. Suggested donation is $8 to $15.
