Join us for a peaceful connection of mind, body and soul. Enjoy an uplifting, spiritual practice to ground and begin your day of rest. Everyone is welcome to this inclusive gentle practice.
All classes take place at Beach Access #14 on Calhoun Drive in Garden City. Please note that cash transactions are not permitted on the beach. Before attending a class, always check the ticker bar at the top of the website and the cancellation page for any updates or cancellations.
Suggested donation is $8-$15.
