 Join us for an adaptive, inclusive, Oceanfront, gentle, somatic yoga practice.  All levels are welcome. Beginners encouraged. Classes are by donation. Suggested donation is  $8 to $15. 

 All classes take place at Beach Access #14 on Calhoun Drive in Garden City unless otherwise noted. Please note that cash transactions are not permitted on the beach. Before attending a class, always check the ticker bar at the top of the website home page and the cancellation page for any updates or cancellations.  Refunds automatically sent within 24 hrs. for cancellations.
